I think tomorrow is the first day of judgement for networkers between enterprise providers and true carrier providers (I dont give ISP's much credit as I see VPN's and the major carriers eventually making ISP's obsolete). CSCO is obviously going to be impacted due to COMS weak enterprise projections. I will be tracking ASND, LU, NT, NN, COMS, CSCO, FORE, and ALA/XYLN, the next few weeks for a WS shakeout consensus. It will be very interesting to see if WS can differentiate between the eight. If ASND/LU shakes off the initial shock the quickest, 1999 and beyond should prove extremely favorable to the LU/ASND alliance. This is what Im expecting. GO ASND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (If anybody wants me to make a chart for all to see, drop me a line. I promise raw data and no cheerleading, even if ASND does kick butt!
