Frank, in what language did you scream at him? Italian can be very effective (I've heard it but don't scream it).

Some interesting chimp and monkey business going on in the storage biz, where king EMC is getting some imitation (sort of) which is the sincerest form of flattery. Quantum is going after a piece of, it sounds like, the Network Attached Storage market. EMC doing something similar themselves. Quantum CEO on CNBC went out of his way to say they wouldn't be competing with EMC in the new venture, except now it sounds like EMC is going there too. Dell, we've talked about here, wants some of the pie too. Shows to go you, if you show sensational enough growth, you'll get all kinds of folks coming at you. I forget, do we have EMC kinged on the list?

Quantum also is coming out with a "secondary stock offering" to reflect the new storage systems part of them. Seems they lust after the very high valuation storage systems companies (EMC) get.

Rambling here.
