RG.... RE: your question re the TSE or the Nasdaq....

This is an answer I received to that same question and it made sense to me:

"... when you decide to sell your shares, your broker will give the order to their clearing house (usually in New York) who in turn have the choice of selling on the Nasdaq or TSE... they sometimes (arbitragers) look for the best price as the spread can have a .10 to .20 difference...this will not matter to you as they will quote you a selling price and keep the difference if they can and usually do... a share is a share of BII .... except the exchange rate."

I suspect other American investors will sell and re-buy at some early point after BII comes to the Nasdaq, at a profit of course, so they can have real time and electronic ability to trade, etc. I expect that a share is a share is a share of BII whether you trade on the Dax, Nasdaq or TSE - each to his/her own country. Ireland is part of the Euro conversion group and it is my understanding that those countries are all trading with the euro, so it will be easy to buy and sell BII throughout euro countries. The Brits will have to fiddle with the currency exchange !! Think about it, this stock will be trading on THREE exchanges !!
