Ticker, I believe the price has to get up by the 15th and no later than the date of options expiration. Why? Lev could run out of time to execute the contingency plan to get the money. Or do you think this can be negotiated as late as the first of April? Or it has already been negotiated and it is just a formality to sign the deal for the contingency. I am anxiously awaiting the OEM program announcement. Next topic: the S3 today. Could LWS' theory of cfo hold water? I had thought the same thing before he wrote that comment. Who are the two people that also filed S3's in sept 98? and where are they today in the corporation? anyone out there got a clue? Doing a search of Roy A Wright on Yahoo I found 10 in their phone directory. Two seemed interesting in that one was from Poughkepski NY and another from California. And as John can say "don't ya just luv speculating".
