i guess i look at it in a different way Kidl, i say my sungold portfolio is worth what i could sell it for not what it closes at each day, and at the moment it isnt worth a lot.Regards Roger

Kid1, You have hit the nail on the head. In my opinion it has always been an all or nothing game; a healthy environment for the "hardened crowd"! As this saga begins to unfold there are many against us. This should not be a surprise to anyone, the stakes are high. I for one was extremely glad to see the damages sought are $447,800,000.00, - half a billion dollars! This is what is at stake here. Is anyone surprised that opponents of the Sungold project might pull out all the stops? Good luck to us all! Sincerely, Mike H
