U.S. health-insurance giant Aetna Inc. could find itself dealing with an expensive class-action lawsuit because of its failure to cover its plan members' use of the anti-impotence drug Viagra . Last month, a U.S. district-court judge in California denied Aetna's request to dismiss the case, paving the way for the suit to move forward against Aetna Life Insurance Company and Aetna U.S. Healthcare of California.

Leading the list of plaintiffs is a man who became impotent after prostate surgery. The man asserts that before Viagra came on the market, Aetna covered costs for his use of the drug Muse, which is an injection used to combat impotency.

Men who suffer from sexual dysfunction, which is attributed to organic or psychological causes, are represented in the lawsuit. The lead plaintiff's attorneys cite Aetna's California guidelines for treating sexual dysfunction, claiming the policy covers organic-based sexual dysfunction.

My pleasure Big K,you and Anthony spend such a incredible amount of time "feeding the thread" when I can find something of interest it makes me feel better.
8 out of 9 !!! That's incredible. Mr. Peabody is the man, very impressive. I have 95% of my money in 5 of the 9. Pfizer is my way of diversifying my portfolio from purely tech. I feel that PFE is about as safe an investment one can hold and have excellent chance of over 20% return yearly for the long term. Also gives one a chance at really big money if that anti-obesity drug you mentioned in a post about 2 weeks ago pans out.I read that article whenever I think about selling any PFE. That one could be huge.
