Let's face the music here folks.

All of us fellow bench sitters are betting that NAVR will take netRadio public. If this happens anytime soon, we'll have made a decent buck. If Paulson stauls too long and the bloom falls of the net craze, we're screwed. Period.

If you need instant gratification, take your money to a local casino and put it all on black at the roulette table. Hell, maybe you'd want to put it on red. Watch the ball spin, and WHAMO !! You're rich or you're broke, in seconds.

If you want to draw out the pain and agony of losing your cash,or the anticipation of a 2 bagger, buy more NAVR like the rest of us and grab a seat on the bench.

While you wait, you may want to take up a habit like chewing tobacco or something...

I don't see a parallel between a decisionary process and a contractual process---if the wording was that NAVR could not ,per contract, file for a IPO until March,2002 that would be something else.
There has NEVER been any pretense that NAVR was moving towards an IPO of NetRadio
because they were under a contractual obligation to do so now---so what is the issue here?Max90

Perhaps they do not have a contractual obligation to file for an IPO until March 2002 in their mind...However, they have led investors to believe that an IPO filing is imminent, and that has created legal exposure, due to the fact that investors would buy stock in reliance on those assertions....I believe they are seriously wrong if they think there is no obligation...I'm sure the SEC would be interested in this matter...

Timothy, I posted an answer to you earlier on this, and got to thinking...I believe this Raging Bull post #2970 by Scooby is pure bullshit, and isn't worth too much attention on our part...I don't believe NAVR management or the IR department ever made such statements, and as soon as I post an answer to RetireSoon, who is of the same opinion as me, that is the last time I am going to mention this farce...
