Tim, I am also glad that management warned today. In fairness to the small investor, this this should have been done in a stronger warning last week and formal announcement earlier in the day today. At 27, based on your reduced estimate of $1.80 COMS is trading at a PE of 15 for fiscal year 2000. This is low for a data communications company (even one that significantly missed a quarter). A rise back to the 40's over the next 2 quarters does not seem overly aggressive "if" management is not hiding a much larger problem. If they are, they should sell. Good luck. Brian
