This is fine. Thanks, Zbyslaw! Does anyone think this will eventuate in less than 17? I would think only if all takeovers fail. It seems that if any succeed they will be for more than 17. I hope that the other offer we heard about is real and for more than 20.

Oooooh! I feel like their is going to be a duel for our affections! How romantic.

How will the hostle bid work? If the big holders do not accept the offer , the what can Philips do ? Raise the price ? of force the big holders to sell with a gun pointing at their heads ? Or what ? I will not take any offer unless the price hit over $25 +
