RNET hasn't closed above $1 since Jan. 30. If they are small cap, they still have 2 months before de-listing, unless the price is not the only criteria they are failing. I would call company to ask if NASDAQ has notified them that they are not in compliance. If not, it may be a while.

Personally, last year I bought 2 companies, and they were both de-listed before I knew that they were that close to it. I'm gun shy on anything at risk unless I know the company is recovering from problems and has strong management. I'm still holding them because 1) I think they'll recover and eventually become listed again and 2) both are in my Datek account, and I don't feel like making a phone call to sell them.
