I agree with you. I, too, have speculated on this dog and the damn thing couldn't find its tail if it was attached to it.

The PR sucks, the management can't execute its biz plan and its directors are dumping their shares.

If we EVER hear from Block again, it'll be that he has moved on (and eating the portion of his 250k shares that he actually paid for).
