If they don't behave the way I thought they would, I'm not patient for long. I don't usually box them, I cut them off and say goodbye. Might take a loss, but more often than not it has saved me because the stock has continued to move against me. I move to something else and start anew.

MG, to make you feel better, I am in CYOE at 4.875 and 5.25 and 5.75.

I really belive that something is going to happen, the more they stick around like today and yesterday the more I think it will be quicker than lingering. Here are the key thinks that I think will cause action,, the outcome of this loan thing, it was announced 2/18 and no new updates....tommorrow is the 9th working day since the anouncement. Something has got to happen either a yes or a no. It can not be too long because they are running out of bucks.

The next thing is that this company that they bought for 5 Million and stock, is due a payment of 3.5Million which is where this loan is supposed to be going for. The payment is due on 3/18, and if they don't make it the will either have to extend or end. It will be the other company that decides.

Next are the issues that were discovered on the Yahoo board, posting news hours before it was announced. The SEC has got to look at this since it was so noticeable when posted in thestreet.com.

Then there is the SEC ongoing investigation. And the whole mucky muck with there customers.

All in all this thing is being supported by something, but it does not seem to be individual investors, look at how quiet the boards are on this company. The is not a long left to find.

All in all, the reasons why I got in have not fundimentally changes so I am still in.
