anti-spooky CYOE rationalizations (hopefully not famous last words)

What is the the worst case scenerio, that they get bought out? For what a customer list on a comodity set of products. To buy their debt and overhead, to gain there assets, wait they have nothing, to gain accounts recievable from a bunch of customers that are going to vaporize.

Let's remember that the people doing this stock have been known to manipulate the stock price. And what have we seen sinse the orginal call, a buck and half of swing 5-6.5 basically. That is not that much. The only reason why we are agonizing is that we expected it to be toast already. No a single one of the experts (ie not me) has change there position on this.

There are some hard timelines that are going to have to be met, they will not go away. The stock even to my eyes seems to be on life support. I glanced at the trades today and you could see the large short shares out for sale and tiny bids sometimes at 100 vs 6000.

I am looking for the upside and I just don't see it. If I were a customer I would not want to do business with a company that I may not get support from in the future.

The other upside is if the CYOE mgmt team executes flawlessly on everyting for the next 2 months, anyone feel that they can change the massive losses around this quarter?

Like I said these are my rationalizations.
