CEO in the conference call said that he has done several roll-up acquisitions in the past, and he has never failed to close one. He said that barring unforseen circumstances, the three deals on the table should be closed within 40 days at the latest. They already have relationships of some kind with all three companies (they did marketing or publishing for the three companies), so they are all on good terms. It's a win-win situation for everyone.

Just the tip of the iceburg, too. CEO stated that additional acquisitions were in the works that we could be hearing about in the next couple of weeks.

Company will be applying for full Nasdaq NMS listing after these acquisitions are complete.

CEO/Chairman John Whitman said that they would most likely conduct a search for a top-notch CEO with experience in running conglomerates of this size. Whitman would relinquish the CEO or Chairman title (still remaining with the company as an executive officer, but he didn't say in what capacity).

He mentioned that an officer of one of the acquirees, Frontline Consulting Services, is also an executive officer with a Fortune 100 computer company. Could not divulge the name yet.
