The questions that need to be answered are: How many units of product can this company expect to sell this year? On an annual basis? In fact, how many can they currently produce per year? What gross revenue number will this generate? What net revenue will this eventually produce? What pricing pressures will come into play? This questions are key to sustaining more than a momentum play. The answers may indeed be favorable, but without them expect the volatility to continue.
