I think H60 is right in his assessment of the events of tomorrow. The stock hasn't moved because it really
belongs here right now. It wants to be a 12 stock. Don't get me wrong, I think it's grossly misvalued
comparatively speaking, to the T's WCOMs and others, but, after all our heritage is that of a CLEC, and at the
end of the day we are being bunched together with the STRXs and PGEXs. These are fine companies, and
are profitable in their core businesses, just like us, but the major difference is that they have no internet
presence, which is the key to the future survival in this industry. Neither do they have ISP's, which although a
commodity business will be used as the engine to tie the whole package together for the account holder,
voice, data, internet, longdistance, local, and addons like email, shopping discounts, video, and
neighborhood. It's going to be sweet, and our positioning is unique.

Like I've said before, a substantial amount of dd on this one indicates to me that things are being held pretty
close to the vest. Today, most of IDT's senior management was off on holiday. Nobody, and I mean, nobody,
got their calls returned. I don't believe they are whistling in a graveyard. They have been working hard, for
themselves primarily as they are shareholders too, but also for you. We will begin to see the first glimpses of
the master plan tomorrow. I think the earnings ON AN OPERATING BASIS, will be spot on. I think that the
bond issue will be laid to rest, if not announced as completed, perhaps sans routine paperwork. I think the
corporate investor and ipo will be announced concurrently, when the red herring is issued, and tomorrow we'll
only get hints, albeit a little clearer and louder hints. In all, it will be a good conference call. This is what my
experience and observations of the market are telling me. Tomorrow we'll see.
Good night all.
