PINC, with estimated 1999 earnings of $.50 per share and year 2000
earnings of $.95, is extremely undervalued and offers substantial
price appreciation potential! Using a price earnings ratio (PE) of
20 x projected earnings, we forecast a near term price target of
$6.00 to $10.00 by December, 1999 and a longer term price target of
$15.00 to $19.00 by December, 2000. PINC is currently trading at LESS
than $1.00.

Let's see... there are 15,134,368 shares of PINC outstanding. Thus, to earn .50 a share they would have to earn a profit of $7,567,184!

Does anyone thing WSRG will be holding on until December? Let's look at the disclaimer for a clue:
THIS IS A PUBLICATION OF WALL STREET RESEARCH GROUP, A FINANCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND INVESTOR RELATIONS COMPANY. WALL STREET RESEARCH GROUP, A DIVISION OF WALL STREET FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., SERVES AS SPECIAL ADVISOR TO THE FEATURED COMPANY AND HAS RECEIVED A BASE FEE OF 75,000 SHARES OF FREE TRADING COMMON STOCK FOR 6 MONTHS REPRESENTATION IN ADDITION TO EXPENSES FOR PREPERATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS INCLUDING THIS REPORT. MORE DETAILED DISCLOSURE REGARDING FEES PAID IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

"Has" received. "Free trading"? Does this sound like a company that is willing to wait around for their own projected 6-10x return on investment-- a potential $450,000-750,000 payout on just one client?!

BTW, Ztect was quite correct about this sentence being misleading:
Cardservice, whose partners include First Data Corp (NYSE: FDC), transacted over $6 Billion in credit card transactions in 1998...

The term I coined for this is "leeching". PR Newswire has a policy against that and so should the SEC:
PR Newswire, which distributes business press releases, said last fall it will not allow companies to mention more well-known firms in their releases unless they have a deal with those firms. Promoters were peppering press releases with names like Microsoft and Amazon.com, knowing those names would be picked up by search engines and give the press releases broader distribution.

Ztect,

It's late, but I want to thank you for your latest message.

I read through the test reports, and it makes me wonder if all the fixes for our PC's will have equally dismal problems. I think that the version Ted Denis had in December may have been "right off the boat" (from Australia) and had never been "proofed" by anyone at PINC, and perhaps the grammatical errors have now been corrected. I'm not sure if this is a very good product, so-so, or worthless, or how it compares to others, so a lot more needs to be uncovered.

I, too, had received the release from WSRG, which led me to start some DD on the company, and to my call to Greg Kraft. I apologize that I became overly zealous today and with the thoughts that I had a real good pick to announce, "touted" my find. I bought a small position at the open market this morning, and am now holding at a small loss.

I respect the effort you put into your research, and appreciate
your cautionary advice. Your analyses appear to be well thought out; you obviously study well and read between the lines. I agree that without the sales of the "E-commkit", and an E-Comm customer base, no revenues would be realized.

You have certainly opened my eyes to the WSRG style hype, and the risks uniquely pertinent to PINC. PINC is not unlike the inherent, speculative nature of investing in most every BB stock, and is high risk. But being scammed or duped is another story. I hope this is not the case with PINC or Mr. Kraft and I will reserve my decision for now on that issue. We'll see if Mr. Kraft and PINC have come up with a real, viable product with this "E-Commkit", or if it's just a balloon filled with hot air.

I'll look forward to reading your further posts. Your concerns, reservations, and cautionary warnings could save myself and others money, but please allow for the possibilities and keep an open mind that there may, I repeat, may, be some potential. I will give them the benefit of doubt, at least for a little while.

Past my bedtime... good night.

PS: I like you interpretation of the disclaimer!

PEOPLE CHECK THIS OUT: THESE TWO PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH THIS MESSAGE CLAIM TO BE CONCERNED FOR OUR WELL BEING.

IT SEEMS THAT THEY NEVER CARED UNTIL THE STOCK MOVED UP A FEW DAYS AGO. I'LL BET BIG TIME THAT THIS GUY/PERSON IS VERY "SHORT THIS STOCK" AND HIS ONLY CONCERN IS TO "SCRE* YO*" AND TO PUT YOU'RE MONEY INTO HIS POCKET.

THESE PEOPLE NEVER POSTED TO THIS BOARD UNTIL THE STOCK MADE A MOVE. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.
