Something to ponder. Regarding cable modem. This is shared connection with your neighbors and as my networking friend has pointed out, this is not secure, especially your email, etc. People can "snoop" these lines. Apparently, the solution is to install another computer and use it as a fire wall and have your real computer go thru that machine (proxy)... blah..blah..blah.. yawn... Cable modem is coming here and this is something that I am wondering about and the cable modem folks have not said anything about security... etc.. Any comments, true..false ?? Pirate
