I put a limit oorder in at .13 at the open. Seems like these guys got something here. Also it would seem like they got hooked up with some penny pimps who dumped there PR shares on the open market and brought the price down. You see this all the time. Can't really blame the PR guys too much. They want there money up front! They have seem Most of these pennys go out of business so they don;t want to take any chances. I think most just so it as a matter of policy no matter how they think the company's chances are.
