Jack, yes that has been the 9 month cycle at work during the bull market, but we must be careful here, the last cycle up so many are looking for may disapear, because so many are expecting it, bull pattern changes to bear. Also weakness here in the NYSE creates a failed inverted h&s pattern, this is a very negative failure. The RUT has created a little triangle at the support it found last week, which has a greater chance of being a continuation pattern. On those two wave counts, top guns CSCO & MSFT had the bearish side of the count with a lower wave 5 on October 8th, rather than finishing an ABC correction into 9/1.
