i got into this stock because of the envirotec well. i talked to IR at csma and emailed many times. i could be wrong since it's difficult to get information, but i'm convinced that the well is still non-operational. and yet there were two prior press releases stating that the well was in fact operational. that was the final straw. i look at company's the SEC has pursued and find that many are guilty of fraudulent press releases and mis-statement of facts. i can't say that has happened here, but i will say that if i can confirm that the well is still non-operational i will pursue the matter further. that is not bitterness, that is simple recognition that as a shareholder of a publicly held company i do have recourse. if i find the well is operational and all is well then i'll sit back with my spinoff shares and be happy. and if anyone still here has information about the status of the well by all means, pm me. regards to all. thanks. gary
