Hello John. I haven't read the fine details yet on this latest fiasco. I don't hold any long term paper....So Charlie Schwab didn't send me the details. A friend of mine out of T.O. will be faxing me the proxy info. From what he says...the dilution will not happen, that it's a setup to take Rappa off the books for a Song and Roll it into another shell and Hype. He said that there are some hefty Fees and Juice on the 1.1 mil which will only net ANZ over 800K after the juice has been spread around Juniors Cub Scout troop. What's up or should I say down with CLL? Wasn't that another of DeGold's Hype companies? LOL. And Months ago when this Co. was .70 plus, People on here laughed at you and I! You called it.....
