Jeff - thanks for the level headed approach. We've stuck this out for a long time and there is no need to start getting ansy now. Keep up the the posts and the date of last years report is correct. I should know, I helped write it. I still have faith in Ferran and what he is doing.

Jeffery,
I called the company the end of January and was told to expect the numbers the first of March. I was left with the impression that this was going to be early in March. They took down my email address and said they would notify me when they established the date. I called a couple of days ago and they still hadn't decided what date to do the release. I may be jumping the gun, but it seems reasonable get a quarterly earnings report before the next quarter ends.

I am very anxious to hear about this quarter. I cannot find the news release, but if my memory serves me correctly the four part turn around plan included having a profitable quarter before the end of '98. I have not heard anything from the company to say this was not going to occur. If anyone could find that release and post it I would really appreciate it.

Back to you,
Darrell

Morning Jeffery, Based on the date of issuance of last years report, I'd agree that March 9 is a reasonable date to use as a standard for timeliness in reporting FY numbers. When I first voiced concern over "lateness", I wasn't aware of last years FY reporting date, only looking at how long it took to report on the third quarter. My mistake.
