I spoke with a gentleman from PrinVest who acknowledged that the equipment was never used. Didn't think to ask if he knew where it was. He also said that PrinVest had worked with CYOE before. I wonder if he meant same people, different company.

CYOE could be pumped to $10 with the right people - but I doubt it now. What is obvious is they can't survive without their grandiose ideas. They are finished - although they may be able to keep themselves alive with currebt warrant palys and death-spiral converts.
What is certain is if they can't find customers that dont require finance they are f***ed. This rerally is a dirty little comaonay in my minnd
