Hi, Brian. The quasi-official qcom *OT* post ratio is currently at 18.75:1. This is extremely bullish for the stock, especially when confirmed by a double-falsies chart formation.

Best. ; )

Today's Union-Tribune has an article that states that the judge postponed the trial because "the briefing schedule of various actions pending" forced him to delay it.

The article further goes on to discuss the observation that many ERICY officials have been seen at the Q that there were rumors of an acquisition. These rumor were "laughed off" by Qualcomm.

I think they are on campus because the cafeteria makes wonderful grav lox and the word has gotten out.(Or maybe its the glog in the beverage vending machines.)

Brian,
This delay will be interesting to watch . Ericy is also in a patent dispute with IDC in their home court of Texas. The case was to begin in December 1997. The case number is 3-93CV1809-H . Here it is 14 months later and the case to my knowledge isn't even scheduled ? The only news that ever came out of it was that ERICY introduced some new claims and Interdigital submitted their patents to the patent office for re-validation which some have said would build a stronger case and some say was very risky.

Also interesting is the IDC versus ERICY suit started about two years earlier than the Q versus Ericy. Just as it's thought that the Q and Ericy may be in talks it was also mentioned in the IDC case. Some how ERICY has the ability to really stretch things out. All that IDC ever afforded was that they were in the discovery phase . Maybe Goren might be able to elaborate how long these stalling tactics may or may not also affect the Q.
