I am a successful patient who, thanks to a skilled surgeon and a great excimer laser, now has 20/20 vision. I would have bought in when I had the surgery done. However, my doc (a BIG DOG) in the lasix bus, said that docs have filed a lawsuit to end the royalty agreement with participating physicians. He warned me to stay away from the stock. Anybody know anything about the lawsuit?
