I have been in and out of this stock since summer of 1996. At this point, I only see Vocaltec as an A&M candidate. Lucent and Cicsco don't need Vocaltec other than as a company they can point to and say "See we have interoperability". They don't need their software unless it come at what THEY see as a good price. So, basically I'm holding with the hope that Ganor will sell his company for more than I paid for my shares. Conversely, I hope he doesn't hold out for so much money that there are no takers and they go and roll their own software and pick up Vocaltec's pieces later.
