Look at navr thread post 9686, ratan lal: he brings up an article in a minneapolis paper explaining the reasons for the navr ipo delay. it was over a dispute on the name 'netradio', an ex-employee claiming rights to that name. The dispute has been settled; everyone is happy, and the reporter says the ipo will be "any day now". It is a must read for any navr investor; or anyone looking to take a position in what will be a very hot ipo: the navr s-l filing is imminent. navr owns 85% of netradio.

Good post on APLX Mr. Big--momentum is building on this technology. I'm certain there are many anti-Microsoft investors taking a serious look at this company including the likes of IBM and Cisco.
