couldnt of said it better myself, those are all the rumors im hearing, the part about the earnings and reporting especially, that within a quarter or two of the merger, that the earnings will be more than good enough for a listing. rumors are what make it fun, hope the company comes through.

Hope this link works for the latest SEC filing for 3rd quarter 1998. Its not pretty. Maybe this recent action is a portent of better things to come. But I wouldn't recommend this stock to anyone.
