Riley, I want to preface this post as not a flame, just an observation. With that said...

It was you who started this crusade against the evil short-sellers.
It was you who formed the "Cartel" of investors.
It was you had the private email list informing others on the developments of this "short squeeze" that was so inevitable.
You are the one who got a hold of IRC logs when others were trying to do their own evidence gathering.
You told us when we could sell, 'not until at least $50 per share, and then only in a slow release'.
So the responsibility falls upon you to get us out of this mess, not Bigs, not Tonto, not Kugler, not Mork.

"Besides bitching at me, just what are you doing to gather evidence against those concerned who REFUSE to OPEN the RMIL market"?
Come on, you know what Bigs has done. He was likely the most active participant besides you in finding out the unbiased truth on the RMIL story. He is the one who made the trip to Florida to visit the RMIL headquarters - did you? He has spent hundreds of dollars on the phone and hours on the computer gathering information.

So the point to be made is that you have two choice:
A. Stay with your same MO, keep blaming others for their actions, hide your head in sand as to what all is going on, or:
B. Make a name for yourself that people can look up to and take the lead in bringing closure to the RMIL story that lives up to your self-proclaimed name of stock activist.

IMHO,

-Ken-

riley it is a difficult situation to be in. on one hand you have guys like tonto who proclaim they were scammed by companys like gifs & vows he will never be fooled again, yet he goes long in the mark shultz promoted euto & rmil. now he supplys information that is 'insider'. if a broker supplied him this inside information he must inform nasd he is/was in possession of it. did tonto trade on this insider info? we know tonto pumped & dumped rmil, but the topic is one tonto refuses to speak of. tonto also bashed solv-ex. since we have learned that the solv-ex market was manipulated by the mob. this , of course, is another 'off-topic' area for tonto. tonto does not like to be questioned but is very quick to defend promoters , boiler rooms & bashers to hurt other investors who, themselfs, have been 'scammed' by co.'s like his gifs.
it is very good for rmil shareholders to have this rmil information, yet it appears the case against rmil has been dismissed. therefore it is up to shareholders to persue legal action. tonto pumped & dumped & refuses to discuss the matter of his possibly trading on inside info or if the information came directly from dempsey mork. to vent on you, another 'scammed' shareholder like this tonto, is non productive imo.

Riley, just a simple question from someone who hasn't read the tens of thousands of posts here:

Who exactly is the "Calvary"?

In other words, who formed them, who led them, how many members did they have at their height, how many members do they have now, and were you part of it? Thanks!
