Bert,

Kinda interesting fact is that $1 is the 200 MA.

They snapped it down on low volume, couldn't find too many sellers and found buyers at $1 when the bid/ask size went 25x5 (something I have seen in some time in this stock.)

I think we held up rather well. Now that we've successfully survived the first test of the 200 MA, it is anyone's guess where we go from here.

If we have no support at $1, then yes, we are going back down to .75 and I will be looking for an exit strategy from both our position and from the flailing the Mrs. will be inflicting upon me.

She wanted to sell at a higher level and lock in any profits we might have. I resisted, believing foolishly that with PLR and May-Davis onboard, someone would understand how to manage shareholder's equity and maintain the reflection of the fundamental progress in the company's stock price.

I think some folks were caught unaware yesterday and some BD's took advantage of that complacency.

I'm looking for volume today. If I don't see it, I will lose faith in maintaining a position in the stock. No matter how great the technology, when you have a stock retreat by 2/3 from its high after the news they have released recently, it is a sign of arrogant disregard towards those putting their investment dollar at risk in this stock. There is nothing wrong with corporate self-promotion when it is justified.

And management has options and large holdings of stock as well. If we don't get what we want as shareholders (respect), they don't get what they want (respect for their stock).

Btw, I am fully aware that people connected to this company are probably monitoring this thread. I'm not posting this stuff merely to vent to my fellow shareholders. Since I don't call the company, I believe it is incumbent upon them to do a better job towards educating its shareholders as to what the REAL VALUE of this company is, and how they plan to improve it.

That's all I ask. Is it too much?

Regards,

Ron
