This is a gold thread - and, yes, I admit, gold is an act of faith for many - and the supporters of it often seem to be suppporting a lost cause, but in money matters gold is 'the truth and the light' for its adherents and I have to respect that. Also I can't accept dogmatic statements which are plainly matters of simple opinion - for if we knew why would we ever lose - and lose we do - often. dd
