Rising Crude Prices Prior to the Meeting

Of course, if true, my theory will result in a rally in the OS sector for the next three weeks followed by (in the absence of significant agreement) a rather steep decline back to support levels.

Minutia: I find it interesting that a single 100 share trade at 6 3/8 between MMs (-1/8) can decrease Market cap of GIFI by $1.5m from $75.67m to $74.15m. Of course, the reverse is also true. Message 8068615

GIFI up a lousy 1/16 on this strong rally. Oh well, my FGI,GLM,NE and RIG all doing nicely. Not so unusual, the names move up at first then the bargain hunters start looking at the laggards. I guess it's true the little guy gets the crumbs.
