I used SLB as an example because I have been watching it.

In my previous update I mentioned that the SOX was a CLASS 2 BUY, but it is actually a CLASS 1 BUY along with the XCI.

It is subjective, but if the rebound in the XCI/SOX is weak or late then that would be another sign of weakness.
