09:10 ET America Online Inc. (AOL) 86 11/16: USA Today reports that company may be
in talks with AT&T (T) that might lead to a marketing alliance, permitting AT&T to sell its
long-distance service to AOL subscribers. AOL said to be seeking an up-front payment of
$500 million. Currently, Tel-Save.com (TALK) has exclusive right to sell long-distance to
AOL customers. But deal expires in July 2000. TALK shares currently flat in pre-market.
