to all end of this week the financials for year end 98 will be ready. that is what the accountent told me yesterday. as soon i get them i will put out a PR with the numbers. on a progress by Vimonta i am waiting in the final confirmation and as soon i have this i will put out another PR on this one. this info is just o keep you all up to date. please do not use this info to by or sell stock that must be your own desicion at your own risk. thanks M.John Cabec/ppp ps we have the new logo ready for PalWeb and i hope to get it on the Web site next week and i thing you all will like this. we are still waiting on documents to complete the name change and i will keep you all informed on the situation on this too.

"it wasn't until last week...." That simply is not the case...Mr. John has told us on other occasions in "EARLIER" posts the shares outstanding....The investors who have been around for a "WHILE" new/KNOW we had/have 180 mil. plus shares...That is why I have been asking you to do "YOUR HOMEWORK"...If you had just reviewed the past posts you would have gotten a great feel for this company "FROM MICHAEL JOHN"....Understand "DUDE"....ALSO, do you even OWN this stock???I doubt it...
