They do mention the number of shares and the underwriter - Everen Sec. in the release

Maybe they did not announce after the market yesterday because they did not want today to start with a lot of hype (building over night). Although it probably would have gapped up a lot more (good for us, the NAVR longs), NAVR might have weighed the pros and cons and figured it would be greeted by the market as more "respectable" to do it before the market opened. Personally, I would rather see NAVR gap up slightly and continue to move up then have a big hype generated jump then a quick retreat before it started climbing again. Lynn
