I think they already have board representation (I'm not positive though). What is also weird it that Intuit suit references a 18 month contract which is already in it's 12 month. In addition, the Yahoo deal has never been officially announced and is not in production. It's gonna be hard to prove any damages here.

and if Intuit pisses off Pete, we may see more direct deals with the Portals (another 6 months from now).
