Dreyfus trade servers down... Can't place new orders. Tried to cancel/replace my VISX order, and it refused request because I can't place a new order until the cancellation is acknowledged due to margin limits... I think it's time to get ECN access.....

NAVR has been trading at 15 for a while. Higher before. You don't think 17 is a possible plateau?
