hi Josef, here are the direct implications in what I was getting at.

#reply-8125084, it has to do with paying your reoccurring utility bills over the Internet.

Examples would be those such as your phone bill, gas(heating) bill, cable bill, all those pain in the butt time concuming, annoying paper bills we all get every month via snail mail

If GNET could secure a contract like this, IMO, that would increase the traffic to monumental levels. I don't think there is going to be any exclusives, but getting in there first, well, that'll be like being the first Internet sites. People generally stay where they start unless something better comes along.
