Challo, 138yen/US$ by first qtr 2000? I am willing to bet that we go over 140 before summer. Every country is trying to use lip service to stimulate their economy. The only time lip service worked, as far as I remember, was in the US when intern gave lip service to the president. The economy performed extremely well when our president was preoccupied and had no time to screw things up. Yes, there are signs that Japan is turning around, from recession to depression. Ramsey
