Sorry, we just got started on it because TP picked up on a remark that I had made to lorrie coey, and I kept replying to his rejoinders. I don't think it is inappropriate, though, since so much of the hidden, and sometimes not so hidden, problem here is a prejudice against religion. Just as I defended Reagan awhile back, it seems to me reasonable to spend some time saying that people need not be doltish or looney to be religious. Surely we have gone well beyond the matter of Bill's transgressions on this thread, which is one reason it has not died out. What do others think?
