Nice to see that, so far, there hasn't been a negative reaction by the large investors. I would love to see an analyst step-in about now and reiterate a strong buy on CheckFree and downgrade Intuit.

I've never been impressed with the Quicken.com portal as compared to Yahoo. Although, I do like their software (Quicken).

Sam (IMHO)

>>>I doubt this came as a surprise.

Well, maybe. Sometimes when your toe to toe with the enemy, you forget to look behind you ;-)

>>>This is what Intuit sees as its' last resort, don't you think?

I agree. I really can't see what Intuit will gain with this suit. Not gonna stop CheckFree, maybe a small delay at best. In the long run, this can only hurt Intuit and it make clear who CheckFree's friends and foes are.
