Tip, They pay income, if there is any, quarterly, and cap gains once a year. Right now, there doesn't seem to be any cap gains to take. <g>

The last time I checked, Morgan Stanley didn't provide any information on their close-end funds on the internet. If you do find a website, could you post it?

PKF went public at $15, so with a current price under $2 there is a large realized and unrealized capital loss to shelter future gains.

I think the Pakistani government has limited the ability of investors to repatriate their investments, which affects the valuation of funds investing in Pakistan.
