One needs to also take into account the following

a: NIC prices cut; INTC likely to cut further to gain market share.
b: Box makers report slowing sales for 99.
c: Margins are now decreasing.

Tremendous need for cost cutting by massive Reengineering. Until this happens, COMS could drift below the $23 line. In any case, it may be prudent to wait till early April.
