It is rather funny. . a stock will sit there virtually unnoticed. . I mean my MOM bought some preferred at .30 cents . . .I paid several times that number. With the commons at 2.50, the preferred is worth 15 dollars upon conversion into common at 6 to 1. But what is really funny is that someone has taken a large short position on the warrants. They will be creamed. I have seen warrants shoot up 7 or 8 hundred percent in minutes. At least you recognize a winner. I told some about the preferreds a month ago and they said, "oh, I don't know. . .are you sure? . . if it looks too good to be true. . .yadda yadda yadda" Yeah, it looks too good to be true. . .that is why I called the company 3 times and checked the SEC filings twice.
