William. . .yup, that volume is the biggest problem these days. . .I was expecting to see some of the leaders start pulling the rest of the pack upward. . .buta jus' ain' hap'nin'.

In my opinion, the punch bowl has been taken down. . . the cake is put away. . .the band is looking at their watches . . . the guests are thinning out. . . many are looking for their coats. . . etc. etc.

And this feeling just keeps going. . .and one of the most tell-tale traits of a 'bear' market is low volume and thin trading on the broad market. . . it results in this gradual decline that can take years before a bottom is reached.

I think we have a small bull market with the large cap high-techs and big internets within a bear market overall. And that is why the disparity between the two is growing and growing. Likewise, I don't think there will be any catastrophes. . .I think we have seen most of the WILD swings we are going to see.

You guys know I go out on limbs sometimes. . . but if the Nasdaq doesn't hold and falls thru this next technical. . .well . . .

Somebody pay the band . . .
