Amazon's debt isn't huge. Execution is "problematic"? What's that?

Leases are the same as debt.

Execution is fulfillment and that is the cause of a negative net margin.

It is an operation cost not a debt and AMZN has leases too. By the way, most of the stores that are Walmart, are owned not leased.
