Safe can move humanity forward- many of the greatest thinkers died old men, they wrote at home, where it was comfy. So you exaggerate, which is fine, but it IS an exaggeration. If people were not safety conscious our young would not survive, given that they are delicate and need a great deal of protection for many years. Your typical male emphasis on action and physical effort as progress is interesting (example of Icarus- who was IMO an impulsive idiot- you will remember Daedalus his father did just fine and survived his flight from Crete). For someone who chose the name Karma, you should realize that sometimes the greatest progress can be made by sitting in one place, just quietly.
