Interesting in that they work closely with PAIR, if I'm not mistaken.

Certainly a much smaller acquisition and one that makes sense. I began last night's search with a list of access companies from a JP Morgan networking report that was somewhat dated ('97). Assured Access wasn't included. In fact, I'm not sure it existed then. One of those listed was NetEdge which was bought by Larscom some time in '97.
